An NHRDN Kolkata Chapter exclusive initiative, HR SPEAK is an interactive talk show series. The talk show is a collection of learning series on Leadership. HR Trainers, stalwarts & professionals across various industries are invited to share their personal and professional journeys. They share their thoughts and insights on the present-day Human Resource Development practices. In addition to HRD practices, they share their take on the dynamic trends of the industry, globally. We attempt to provide an effective yet interesting learning experience, consequently closely knitting our HR family.

These experiences sharing cum interactive sessions are for working professionals, students, academic fraternity, and several other professionals from different walks of life. A very fulfilling experience to directly gather valuable industry-related inputs. Likewise, it promotes relevant networking for budding HR professionals. Each episode covers important burning topics related to Human Resources and emphasis is given on relevant aspects of the particular topic.

Relevance In The New Normal

The Covid-19 crisis has brought about a drastic change in our day to day affairs. Consequently, it has had a major impact on business and industrial relations. Several new aspects like freeing up of real estate space and coming to terms with the new post-COVID-crisis normal, substantial changes in employee engagement, and realignment of learning & development have come to the forefront. Our speakers with their expertise share their personal experiences for coping up with these challenges and improving organizational adaptability.
