We welcome you to the National Human Resource Development (NHRD) Network, Kolkata Chapter!

NHRDN Kolkata Chapter is a dedicated non-profit organization managed by a diverse association of professionals from various industries. Our primary commitment is to promote the HRD movement across the country and to empower human resource professionals through continuous development and knowledge sharing.

Since our inception, we have been delivering high-quality training programs, facilitating insightful research, encouraging the exchange of practical experiences, and providing industrial exposure opportunities. These initiatives are designed to groom and transform future People Leaders, aiming to create meaningful value for society at large.

Our history dates back to December 22, 1989, when the Chapter held its first general body meeting. During this meeting, Mr. MG Gupta, then the Additional Chief Personnel Manager of SAIL, was elected as the Chapter President. Key attendees included Mr. Nair, who shared his insights on the future of NHRD, and Mr. E Abraham.

Today, our member strength has grown to over 1,300 professionals. Over the years, the Chapter has launched numerous initiatives, programs, and activities that continue to foster leadership in human resources and contribute significantly to professional development and societal progress.
